The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Quantum Sphere EOOD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
DaemonGenie is an AI-driven system operating on probabilistic models. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unintended.
Quantum Sphere EOOD makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of any output or action generated by the Service.
The user is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output or action before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Quantum Sphere EOOD, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption).
In any event, Quantum Sphere EOOD’s total liability arising out of or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Quantum Sphere EOOD for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
As a SaaS provider, we host data on third-party cloud infrastructure. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
User Responsibility: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Data Content: The user warrants that they have the right to upload and process the data provided to the Service and that such data complies with all applicable privacy laws (including GDPR). Privacy Policy: Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS). Quantum Sphere EOOD is not responsible for any failures, changes in terms, or data breaches occurring within these third-party services.
DaemonGenie does not replace human judgment. The user assumes full responsibility for monitoring the AI Agent’s behavior and for intervening, restricting, or disabling it when necessary. All actions performed by the Service are deemed to be performed under the user's authority.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
