DaemonGenie is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service according to your subscription plan.

Usage Fee:Variable costs based on AI interactions.
AI Usage (per 1M tokens):
Input: $0.575 (Net)
Output: $3.45 (Net)
Billing: Services are billed in advance for the selected period and do not automatically renew . We will never charge your card automatically
No Refunds: Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable . By clicking the payment button, you consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the platform and the AI Agent if fees are not paid
You agree not to use DaemonGenie to:
Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or the platform.
Use the agent for automated spam or malicious cyber activities.
The Service: Quantum Sphere EOOD owns all rights to the DaemonGenie platform, code, and branding.
Your Data/Output: You retain ownership of the input data you provide. Regarding AI-generated output, Quantum Sphere EOOD assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in such output, provided you comply with these terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.

Customer (You): Data Controller.
Quantum Sphere EOOD (Us): Data Processor.
This DPA applies to the processing of personal data submitted by the Customer into DaemonGenie.
We will process personal data only to provide the Service and according to your documented instructions (which include this agreement).
You grant us general authorization to engage sub-processors (e.g., AWS for hosting, OpenAI/Anthropic for AI inference).
We ensure all sub-processors are bound by data protection terms no less protective than these.
A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.
We implement appropriate security measures, including:
Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
Access controls and authentication.
Regular security assessments.
We will assist you (at your expense) in responding to any requests from individuals exercising their GDPR rights (access, deletion, etc.).
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of the breach.
The Service is provided "As-Is". Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria . Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia.
